Custom artwork commissions are subject to a separate agreement confirmed via email. The artist retains the right to display commissioned work in her portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All sales are final — no refunds. Mrs Ambitious sells downloadable digital art. Because your artwork is delivered instantly and is yours to keep forever, once you have received the art it cannot be refunded. Please be sure of your purchase before you pay.
Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the art has been delivered to your email. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and non-refundable.
If you have paid but your artwork has not arrived in your email inbox, please first check your spam / junk / promotions folders. If it is still not there, we will gladly make it right and re-send your files. Contact us at either:
